Late or Missing Refunds

If we have initiated a refund and you haven't yet seen it credited back to you, first check your bank account again! These things typically have a processing time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5-7 business days from when the refund was initiated, please contact us at support@dmoose.com.

Returns

Generally speaking, we do not require or accept returns, especially if the product is opened. Feel free to dispose of the product as you wish. We do, however, accept returns of
